Domain philosophy focuses on promoting three unique selling points at each property - location, architecture and service. Domain has collaborated with some of Australia's biggest names in food, wine, fashion, music and design to develop and maintain the highest quality service and product styling.

Domain continues to work with leading property development groups Resort Corp, Multiplex, Mirvac, Consolidated Properties and APH. The selected properties are all designed with unique individual qualities. Award winning architects John Mainwaring and Donovan Hill have steered the concept of a number of Domain properties.

Site planning has extended to include restaurants, cafes and bars featuring at each resort. Sandbar+Grill at Casuarina was awarded Best Restaurant & Bar 2007 at the Peoples choice awards. Bamboo Restaurant at Santai won best new restaurant and State finalist in the Restaurant & Catering Association Northern NSW Awards. The owner/chefs of both restaurants Toby Bamford, Greg Pieper along with Phillip Johnson have consulted on the menus, training and design of other Domain restaurants, cafes and bars.

The Casuarina Beach REC Club boasts a state of the art Technogym well suited to elite athletes. The headquarters of Surfing Australia is located within the complex. Services range from onsite child care through to chiropractic services.
